I'm so glad I found your blog, Mom! Have you been to Old Ephraim's Grave in Logan Canyon? Old Ephraim was the last grizzly bear in Cache Valley. He was huge and plagued early settlers. His skull is supposed to be on display in the Utah State University Library if you know where to look. His grave, where he was supposedly killed and buried, is on one of the trails but I don't know if it is accessible using ATVs
